How do I order in the webshop?
On the webshop you will find our products, which simply need to be added to your shopping basket, after which you can save payment.
How do I check if you have the product in stock?
The product page shows whether the item is in stock
I am missing my order confirmation
We automatically send your order confirmation to the e-mail address you entered when you ordered. If an error should have occurred, you must contact us via email or telephone
Delivery
What's the delivery time?
We usually ship within 3 working days, so you will have it after 4 working days
Can you deliver abroad?
Yes, but then we have to ask you to contact us by email or phone
Complaints / Right of withdrawal
What is my right of cancellation and right of return?
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the products you have bought from us. However, you must be aware of returning the products in the same condition as when you received them. If the value has deteriorated, this means, cf. Danish legislation, that you will not get the full amount back.
How do I submit a complaint?
If you experience errors, deficiencies or other challenges in connection with your products, you are very welcome to submit a complaint by email, where we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us by phone.
