Make your own gin at the Rolling Distillery

You certainly haven't tried this before.

On January 20, 2024, we will take you on a unique experience, where we will roll out with the bar trailer and our mobile distillery.

It's the middle of the winter darkness, and you can help make the wildest gin at a time when nature is on pause. But despite this, we find botanicals in woods, thickets and meadows that can be used for your adventurous gin.

We fill the cauldron with juniper berries and the herbs that we find, we distill, dilute. We fill the bottles and you get 5 completely unique bottles of gin home for you and your friends to enjoy (value DKK 1,750). Maybe there is even enough for the rest of the winter 🙂

Event with the Rolling Distillery

Meeting place: Nordisk Brænderi, Hjortdalvej 227, 9690 Fjerritslev

• Meeting time: 8.30
• Morning coffee/tea in green, gray or white.
• Lunch at 12.00
• Afternoon coffee and cake in a tent.
• End at 17.00

Participants are informed about options for purchasing dinner and overnight accommodation close to the event site.

The event takes place with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants.
If the event cannot be carried out, you will be notified and, of course, all the money returned.
